HSBC - Client Service Officer (20-40K, 6 month contract renewable)

In this role you will need:
- Handle client instructions of account opening/servicing/closing appropriately and complete system update accurately within Service Level Agreement
- Provide support to manager to ensure the day-end process is completed on time
- Report exceptions and irregularities promptly for management awareness
- Participate in business initiatives/projects to provide user requirements, conduct user acceptance test and provide internal training to the team
- Share best practices to improve internal process within the team
- Produce Management Information reports as required
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
To be successful you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent
- Good knowledge of customer service, account opening/closure and/or CRS and FATCA tax reporting
- Recent Graduates with part-time banking/customer service experience will be considered for an Officer role
- Good written and communication skills in Cantonese and English
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Technology Skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, advanced Excel skills are an advantage
