Our client, is now looking for HRIS Business Analyst within their team.
The role:
- Act as the coordinator for all HR system implementation activities with vendor and internal teams
- Document key processes and data in the legacy HCM (hire, transfer, termination, leave, time, payroll‑relevant fields) and understand how they will operate in the new HR system
- Coordinate data cleansing and preparation, review data mappings, and validate migration results
- Support the design and execution of test cycles, including complex payroll and integration scenarios
- Coordinate HR/payroll testers, ensure defects are logged clearly and followed through with the vendor
- Validate that integrations (payroll, finance, access control, etc.) work from a business perspective
- Work with vendor and IT on cut‑over plans: black‑out periods, parallel runs, first payroll cycles, and rollback options
- Provide clear, structured updates and recommendations to the project manager and senior stakeholders
Skills and attributes:
- Degree in HR, IT, Business or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2- 3 years’ experience in HR Information System
- Strong understanding of complex payroll environments and how HR systems support payroll accuracy and compliance
- Ability to prepare concise summaries, meeting notes, and status reports
- Experience with HR data migration and integrations, preferably transforming to modern HRM platform
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical staff and external vendors
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to track multiple issues, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously
- Good analytical and problem-solving mindset, focusing on clarifying issues and facilitating solutions
- Good written and verbal communication skills, particularly with stakeholder management
- Good Excel skills and comfort working with data templates and reports
