Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development:

    • Design and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Employee Orientation:

    • Develop and facilitate comprehensive orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
    • Provide new employees with essential information about company policies, culture, and procedures.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
    • Collaborate with external vendors and training consultants as necessary.
  • Record Management:

    • Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting.
    • Monitor and track employee participation in training programs.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging training techniques.
    • Recommend improvements to existing training programs based on employee feedback and assessment results.
Qualifications:
  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in an HR role with a focus on training and development (2-3 years preferred).
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications:

    • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
