- Minimum 5 years’ experience in training administration
- High level of competence in computer skills in virtual classroom applications
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrate and ensure systematic capture of training records and expense documentation (e.g. data entry, course enrollment, attendance records, evaluation, logistics arrangement etc.)
- Oversee the operation of the training centre, including equipment maintenance and safety
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure correct setup and equipment requirements are provided
- Assist the training manager in elaborating, organizing and facilitating training programs
- Prepare various kinds of reports and presentation materials
- Assist in virtual training or other IT-related support
- Perform any other HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
- A recognized bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in training administration
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- High level of competence in computer skills in virtual classroom applications (MS Teams) and MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player and able to work independently
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Training Officer.
- Willing to travel to Mainland China
