• Minimum 5 years’ experience in training administration
  • High level of competence in computer skills in virtual classroom applications
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrate and ensure systematic capture of training records and expense documentation (e.g. data entry, course enrollment, attendance records, evaluation, logistics arrangement etc.)
  • Oversee the operation of the training centre, including equipment maintenance and safety
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure correct setup and equipment requirements are provided
  • Assist the training manager in elaborating, organizing and facilitating training programs
  • Prepare various kinds of reports and presentation materials
  • Assist in virtual training or other IT-related support
  • Perform any other HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • A recognized bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in training administration
  • Experience in project management is an advantage
  • High level of competence in computer skills in virtual classroom applications (MS Teams) and MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player and able to work independently
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Training Officer.
  • Willing to travel to Mainland China
