Responsibilities

  • Handle attendance approval and ensure accurate daily records
  • Maintain leave records and update systems in a timely manner
  • Manage Leave Workflow Management System entries and troubleshooting
  • Process resignation cases, including exit interviews and clearance
  • Generate HR reports as required by management or audits
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years or above of work experience in HR 
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Detail minded, well-organized and possess good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude to work independently
  • Welcome Fresh graduate & IANG holder
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
