Responsibilities:
- Responsible for tasks throughout the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, involving activities such as data entry, payroll & incentive calculation and payroll reporting.
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
- Administration document handling. (MPF, Leave records, taxation etc.)
- Handle employees’ HR related enquiries.
- Final Settlement Calculation.
Job Description:
- Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or related discipline with 2-year relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
- Knowledge in HK Employment and other employment related ordinances would be an advantage
- Resourceful, independent with strong problem-solving, multi-tasking and organizational abilities
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Immediate available is preferred
