Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for tasks throughout the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, involving activities such as data entry, payroll & incentive calculation and payroll reporting.
  • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
  • Administration document handling. (MPF, Leave records, taxation etc.)
  • Handle employees’ HR related enquiries.
  • Final Settlement Calculation.

Job Description:

  • Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or related discipline with 2-year relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
  • Knowledge in HK Employment and other employment related ordinances would be an advantage
  • Resourceful, independent with strong problem-solving, multi-tasking and organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
