Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly payroll, reports and documentation
  • Maintain database in the HRIS systems
  • Daily HR support to associates
  • Work closely with colleagues for administration support
  • Ad-hoc projects as required 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Human Resouces
  • Working experience and Knowledge in payroll or HR sector
  • Have 1-2 years’ of experience in the service-oriented environment would be an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel functions and analytical tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Have ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
