HR Administrator

Admiralty, Hong Kong

  • relevant experience in Human Resources
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
  • Multinational working environment

Responsibilities:

  • C&B, monthly payroll process, benefit administration, leave, MPF and final payment etc.
  • Manage attendance and leave data in HRIS on regular basis to facilitate report generation and payroll processing
  • Maintain timely and accurate employee data in HRIS
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports/ analysis
  • Support HR ad-hoc duty assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

  • Associate degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year' relevant experience in Human Resources preferably in C&B and payroll
  • Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
  • Good in English and Mandarin is preferable
  • Immediate available is an advantage
