Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field.
- 3 years’ experience in HR generalist a must, also with administrative or PA/EA to C-level executives preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-minded, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Job Responsibilities:
HR & Administrative Support
- Manage office operations, relocation, renovation, and procurement.
- Handle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and attendance.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CMO and senior management, and manage daily schedules.
- Organize meetings, travel, and company events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Handle other duties as required.
