Responsibilities:

  • Perform the full spectrum of HR services such as compensation and benefits, training, recruitment, performance appraisal, employee relations, staff activities, etc.;
  • Responsible for full spectrum of Employee Relations and Learning & Development function;
  • Organize and promote community service and staff relations activities;
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and company tour;
  • Setup effective staffs career development program;
  • Provide administration support include but not limited to training materials preparation, record filing, training feedback collecting and report writing;
  • Measure training effectiveness and develop improvement plan;
  • Perform ad hoc projects as required

 

Requirement:

  • A degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
  • Fluent Cantonese and English, with basic knowledge of Putonghua;
  • Good written Chinese and English; and
  • At least three years’ full-time post-qualification working experience in general administrative or management work,
  • Sound knowledge in computer applications including MS Word and Excel.
  • Advance have a  China background
