We are seeking a reliable and proactive HR & Administration Officer to take ownership of day-to-day human resources and office administration functions for our Hong Kong office. This is a hands-on role that combines practical HR support with general office administration.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment support for Hong Kong roles, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new joiners.
  • Handle payroll-related administration, including preparation and distribution of payslips, leave records, and coordination with Singapore HR / payroll providers as required.
  • Administer leave management (annual leave, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, and other statutory entitlements) in accordance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and company policy.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR files (both physical and electronic),ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Support employee relations matters and act as the first point of contact for staff queries on HR policies, benefits, and employment conditions.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with Hong Kong labour laws, MPF requirements, and other statutory obligations; flag issues and escalate to Singapore HR or external advisors when needed.
  • Assist with performance management processes, probation reviews, and offboarding / exit procedures.
  • Coordinate closely with Singapore HR on group policies, reporting, headcount updates, and any cross-border employment matters.

Office Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, vendor management, facility-related issues, and general administrative support.
  • Manage office calendars, meeting room bookings, and coordination of internal and external meetings / visitors.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, document filing, and basic travel or logistics arrangements as needed.
  • Support onboarding logistics (IT access coordination, workspace setup, welcome materials) and other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a professional, organised, and efficient office environment that supports the team’s daily work.

Requiremenets

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR and/or office administration, ideally within a professional services, financial services, or multi-location environment.
  • Solid working knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF, and other relevant labour regulations.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, leave administration, payroll coordination, and employee record keeping.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and manage both HR and administrative workloads independently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable liaising with colleagues in Singapore and other locations.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential employee information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly preferred given the Hong Kong operating environment.

    • 管理办公室日历、会议室预订,以及协调内部及外部会议 / 访客。
    • 处理来往信件、文件归档,以及按需要安排基本差旅或后勤事宜。
    • 支援入职后勤安排(IT 权限协调、工作空间设置、欢迎资料)及其他临时行政任务。
    • 维持专业、有序及高效的办公室环境,以支援团队日常工作。

 

要求

  • 持有人力资源、工商管理或相关学科文凭或学士学位优先。
  • 具备最少 5至 8 年相关人力资源及/或办公室行政经验,從事銀行、金融服务或多地点营运环境工作。
  • 对香港《雇佣条例》、强积金及其他相关劳工规例有扎实认识。
  • 具备支援招聘、假期管理、薪酬协调及员工记录保存的经验。
  • 具备良好组织能力,能独立优先处理、同时兼顾人力资源及行政工作。
  • 具备良好人际及沟通技巧;能与新加坡及其他地点的同事有效沟通。
  • 处理机密员工资料时具备高度谨慎及诚信。
  • 精通 Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint);具备人力资源资讯系统或薪酬系统经验者优先。
  • 英语流利;鉴于香港营运环境,精通粤语及以及普通话者优先。
