About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on HR & Admin Manager to oversee both human resources and office/facilities administration functions in a fast-growing F&B business. The ideal candidate will have balanced experience in HR operations and practical administration, particularly in managing company vehicles, leases, insurance portfolios, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR and office administration policies and procedures
  • Conduct annual pay surveys, benchmarking, and total rewards analysis
  • Manage full-spectrum C&B activities including monthly payroll, MPF contributions, leave administration, and medical insurance reviews
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition from frontline to managerial levels (job posting, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding)
  • Maintain and improve the performance appraisal system and succession planning
  • Monitor workplace safety, handle work injury cases, and ensure compliance with relevant ordinances
  • Provide guidance and support to junior HR/admin team members
  • Implement and maintain HRIS and related systems

Administration

  • Oversee daily office administration, facilities maintenance, and site management
  • Manage procurement for office and operational needs
  • Organize staff activities, team-building, and employee engagement events
  • Handle company vehicle management (license plate renewals, vehicle registration, insurance claims & renewals, maintenance coordination)
  • Administer and review a portfolio of insurance policies (vehicle, liability, EC, property/material protection, cargo/stock)
  • Coordinate license renewals (business registration, vehicle, premises, etc.)
  • Manage tenancy/lease matters, property defect rectification, and landlord liaison
  • Source, evaluate, monitor, and negotiate with vendors and service contracts
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 6-8 years or above of relevant experience in HR and administration (candidates with strong Assistant Manager level experience are welcome, provided they have solid exposure to both HR and admin functions)
  • Strong practical administration experience is essential
  • Preferably from F&B, catering, retail, hospitality, or multi-site operations background
  • Thorough knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related labour legislation
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin preferred)
  • Strong team player, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
