Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR policies, payroll, MPF, annual leave/medical insurance, and C&B activities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment (frontline to managerial): job ads, screening, interviews, offers & onboarding
  • Conduct pay surveys, benchmarking, and performance assessment programs
  • Handle workplace safety, work injury cases, and HR system implementation
  • Oversee daily office admin, facilities, procurement, vendor management, and insurance renewals (vehicle, EC, cargo etc.)
  • Organize staff activities, support license renewals, and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or related major;
  • 8-years or above of relevant working experience, preferably experience in F&B, catering industry;
  • Well versed in employment and other related ordinances;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Good Team player and able to handle multi- tasks;
  • Immediately available is a must
