Background:
Our client, a high-end luxury brand is now offering high salary to individuals to join their VIP sales team.
The Job:
- Retain and Develop Existing Clients – Build customer loyalty by proactively engaging with clients, fostering personal relationships, and understanding individual preferences to encourage repeat visits.
- Enhance Client Experience – Implement client development strategies, initiatives, and activities that elevate the overall experience and address diverse customer needs and interests.
- Expand Client Basis – Recruit clients both within and outside the boutique to cultivate a multi-sourced customer base, ensuring ongoing engagement and participation.
- Collaborate on Events and Private Viewings – Partner with the Department Manager to plan and execute product launch events, while creating opportunities for one-to-one private VIP viewings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- 5 years-10 of relevant experience in the luxury market
- Proactive and result driven
- Excellent communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Cantonese and English (Able to fluently speak Mandarian is an advantage; however, not mandatory)
