Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Lead online and offline sales teams to achieve sales targets and maximize profit.
- Develop retail strategies and manage new store openings.
- Plan and execute sales promotions across retail and e-commerce channels.
- Oversee online marketplaces, product listings, pricing, and inventory.
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly sales forecasts.
- Monitor business performance and provide improvement plans.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve operations and customer service.
Marketing Strategy
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, and traditional media).
- Manage product positioning and launch strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build relationships with media and key partners.
- Track marketing performance and ensure ROI on marketing spend.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, with senior leadership experience.
- Strong background in Retail or FMCG industry preferred.
- Solid understanding of sales strategies and marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese.
