Head of Sales & Marketing (Retail – FMCG)

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth
  • Lead online and offline sales teams to achieve sales targets and maximize profit.
  • Develop retail strategies and manage new store openings.
  • Plan and execute sales promotions across retail and e-commerce channels.
  • Oversee online marketplaces, product listings, pricing, and inventory.
  • Prepare annual budgets and monthly sales forecasts.
  • Monitor business performance and provide improvement plans.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve operations and customer service.
Marketing Strategy
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, and traditional media).
  • Manage product positioning and launch strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Build relationships with media and key partners.
  • Track marketing performance and ensure ROI on marketing spend.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, with senior leadership experience.
  • Strong background in Retail or FMCG industry preferred.
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies and marketing best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
