Key Responsibilities 

  • Direct the Online & Offline Sales function to achieve assigned sales targets and optimize daily operations for maximum revenue and margin.
  • Develop retail strategies and supervise the launch of new stores, ensuring consistent visual merchandising and customer service standards.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns across channels to drive revenue growth and channel profitability.
  • Manage marketplace activities, including product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory control; collaborate with HQ on e-commerce and mobile app initiatives.
  • Lead annual budget preparation and produce accurate monthly sales forecasts; deliver business management reports with recommendations to improve performance.
  • Work cross-functionally to raise service standards and streamline processes, employing a solutions-oriented approach to management.
  • Plan and execute integrated 360° marketing programs (digital, traditional, and social) to build brand equity and support sales objectives.
  • Define product positioning and messaging for new product launches, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform assortment planning and optimize marketing spend.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners to expand brand reach and collaboration opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain a marketing analytics framework to monitor KPIs and measure ROI across all marketing investments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, including senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and marketing leadership, ideally within retail or FMCG sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes, channel strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong strategic mindset, analytical capability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
