Role Overview
Our client r is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and accelerate the growth of our B2C business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the overall commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, strengthening customer engagement, and maximizing profitability.
The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution experience in fast-paced consumer-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Growth- Develop and execute the overall B2C commercial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Lead pricing strategy, promotional planning, and revenue optimization.
Sales & Channel Management- Oversee all B2C sales channels including e-commerce, retail, telesales, and direct-to-consumer platforms.
- Optimize channel performance and customer journey across online and offline touchpoints.
- Develop and manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Marketing & Customer Engagement- Collaborate with marketing to design customer-centric campaigns and brand positioning.
- Strengthen digital presence and customer engagement strategies.
- Leverage data analytics to drive personalized customer experiences.
P&L & Performance Management- Own and manage the B2C P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform strategy.
Team Leadership- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, supply chain, and customer service teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in B2C environments.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large-scale commercial operations.
- Strong P&L management experience.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, subscription-based, or direct-to-consumer businesses preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
