Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute holistic retail strategies to maximise sales, profitability, and customer experience across the entire retail network
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and consistently high standards of customer service
- Lead, motivate, and support retail store managers and front-line teams through coaching, training, and performance management
- Analyse and interpret retail performance data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas requiring improvement
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strong alignment between retail operations and overall business objectives
- Stay current with industry developments, competitive activities, and consumer behaviour to guide strategic planning and decision-making
- Play an active role in shaping overall business strategy and key decisions as a core member of the leadership team
Job Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and operational excellence
- Strong strategic mindset and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound, data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership and people management capabilities, with a proven ability to inspire, engage, and develop teams
- Strong customer-centric mindset, with a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience
- Demonstrated experience in effective cross-functional collaboration and contributing to broader business strategy
- Solid understanding of the retail industry and consumer trends in the Hong Kong market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline
