• Compliance Productization: Involve deeply in compliance process design, seamlessly integrating compliance capabilities and regulatory requirements into the product experience.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead an agile team of product managers, establish efficient product development processes, and guide team member growth.
• End-to-End Design: Define and iterate user systems, asset accounts, deposit and withdrawal channels, core trading capabilities, asset security, and user-facing features (App/Web).
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, legal, risk control, technology, and operations teams to ensure that the product launches meet legal standards while quickly responding to market demands, and standardizing platform operations through backend product capabilities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Market Insights: Keep up with the regulatory trends in Hong Kong and globally in Crypto and Web3 (e.g., VASP, stablecoins), and adjust product strategies in a timely manner.

• Senior Industry Background: Over 5 years of internet product experience, including at least 3-5 years in cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech, or traditional licensed financial institutions, with a background in Crypto, securities, and financial trading products.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Regulations: Very familiar with the SFC's regulatory requirements for virtual asset trading platforms; prior experience in compliance system construction or license application is a plus.
• Core Product Skills: Possess rigorous logical thinking with in-depth understanding of compliance user systems, asset account management systems, trading systems, and clearing and settlement processes; capable of dealing with complex business scenarios and identifying problems in the current product state, proposing feasible solutions, and driving their implementation.
• Hands-On Skills: Including product architecture design, modular design, and prototype design; able to translate complex business scenarios into simple and user-friendly products.
• Leadership: Exceptional team management experience, able to inspire team potential in high-pressure, fast-changing environments, and possessing good cross-team communication skills.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (oral and written), capable of producing high-quality product documentation and solutions.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.

• Possession of CFA, FRM, or blockchain-related technical certifications.
• Practical experience in successfully launching and operating a licensed exchange in Hong Kong.
