• Need to travel 1-2 times per month

Responsibilities:

• Oversee material planning, purchasing, import/export, and customs operations to ensure customer order fulfillment in terms of on‑time delivery, quality, and cost, while achieving internal profitability targets.
• Develop and implement company‑level and departmental strategies, including KPIs, operating plans, and tactical initiatives to support business growth and long‑term sustainability.
• Continuously enhance workflow processes and ERP system design to meet increasing customer expectations for speed, flexibility, and the growing complexity of the supply market.
• Supervise and actively participate in negotiations and discussions with customers and suppliers, safeguarding the Company’s commercial interests while maintaining strong long‑term relationships.
• Drive organizational development initiatives, including team restructuring, capability building, and process optimization across multi‑country operations.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education, preferably in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a senior planning and purchasing leadership role within medical and/or industrial ODM/OEM manufacturing environments, ideally in small‑to‑medium‑sized enterprises.
• Solid hands‑on exposure to China and Vietnam manufacturing operations, with the ability to travel frequently between factory sites.
• Demonstrated success in organizational restructuring and team building, including setting up or scaling teams from the ground up.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Results‑driven, dynamic, and able to respond quickly in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong written and spoken communication and presentation skills in at least one of these languages.
