Position Overview

This leadership role oversees Planning and Purchasing functions across China and Vietnam operations. The incumbent will drive supply chain efficiency, operational excellence, and profitability while supporting long-term business growth.

The position is based in China, with regular travel to the Vietnam factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage:
  • 35 team members in Dongguan, China
  • 20 team members in Hanoi, Vietnam
• Build strong cross-site collaboration and performance culture
• Guide and support team members in handling supplier and customer negotiations

• Oversee material planning, purchasing, import/export, and customs operations
• Ensure customer order fulfillment meets targets in delivery, quality, and cost control
• Protect company interests in commercial engagements while maintaining healthy business relationships

• Establish departmental strategies, KPIs, and operational roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives
• Drive workflow optimization and ERP system enhancements to support increasing demand and supply chain complexity
• Initially report to the Marketing AGM, with future direct reporting to the CEO

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Engineering or related disciplines
• Solid leadership experience in Medical or Industrial ODM/OEM manufacturing (SME environment preferred)
• Proven track record in restructuring organizations and building teams from inception
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, decisive, and responsive under dynamic business conditions
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong written and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel between China and Vietnam operations
