Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership:
    • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company’s long-term objectives and specific goals within the mainland and Singapore markets.
    • Evaluate and refine marketing initiatives based on performance metrics and emerging market trends.
  • Budget Management:
    • Lead the management of a substantial marketing budget exceeding 100 million, ensuring strategic allocation and effective utilization of resources to maximize ROI.
    • Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and financial reports, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and challenges within the mainland market and beyond.
    • Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Brand Development and Visibility:
    • Enhance brand positioning and visibility in the marketplace through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives tailored to target audiences.
    • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, strategic partners, and industry influencers, to bolster company’s reputation and market presence.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
    • Encourage creativity and collaboration within the team to drive innovative marketing solutions.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Professional Experience:
    • A minimum of 15 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role within the financial services or securities sector.
    • Significant experience working in the mainland market is required, alongside a proven track record of success in Singaporean marketing strategies.
  • Budgetary Acumen:
    • Extensive experience managing marketing budgets over 100 million, with a strong emphasis on financial accountability and performance analysis.
  • Language Proficiency:
    • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking:
    • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
