What You’ll Do

  • Shape Strategic Vision: Define and drive marketing strategies that align with company goals, leading a team of segment marketers to deliver measurable results.
  • Orchestrate Impactful Campaigns: Plan and execute high-profile field marketing initiatives, including press conferences, seminars, product demos, and partner events.
  • Convert Leads to Opportunities: Identify leads through field activities and transform them into actionable sales opportunities with strategic marketing plans.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and refine strategies to maximize impact. Prepare and justify budgets while reporting financial outcomes to leadership.
  • Craft Compelling Content: Develop targeted marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content, tailored to diverse customer needs.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 12+ years in marketing, with a preference for expertise in channel marketing or telecommunications.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to plan and execute events under tight timelines.
  • Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of marketing principles with a proven track record of delivering successful strategies.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to inspire teams and engage stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and make informed decisions.
  • Availability: Immediate availability is a strong plus.
