Responsibilities:
• Oversee all finance and accounting operations and strategic financial management aspects, encompassing financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, treasury, taxation, internal controls, and more.
• Supervise the company’s management accounting functions, including budgetary control, forecasting, cash flow management, cost accounting, performance analysis of departments, provision of management information for decision-making, and currency risk management.
• Aid the company in meeting financial targets, and devise short, medium, and long-term financial plans and projections.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, company secretary, bankers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage hedging and foreign currencies.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/Accounting or related fields.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial institutions or the banking industry.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, meticulous, able to work independently, efficiently, and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adept in strategic planning, and business implementation.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management to organize, plan, and achieve company financial objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel overseas frequently.
