We are seeking a seasoned Global Procurement & Sales Channel Development Manager to lead our end-to-end beauty business, from sourcing and distributor management to driving P&L across global markets.

Job Responsibilities
1. Global Procurement Channel Development & Management
  • Identify and source global suppliers for beauty, fragrance, and skincare brands, with a focus on developing key regions including Europe, Japan & Korea, and North America. Target includes brand owners, authorized distributors, and duty-free channels to establish stable procurement partnerships.
  • Lead procurement negotiations (price, payment terms, volume, return/refund policies), finalize cooperation agreements, optimize procurement cost structure, and ensure product authenticity and supply stability.
  • Develop and manage a full supplier lifecycle management system. Regularly evaluate supplier performance (quality, timeliness, compliance) for tiered management and optimization.
2. Global Sales Channel Expansion & Operations
  • Develop global B2B sales channels, including cross-border e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tmall Global, JD Worldwide, Pinduoduo International), offline wholesalers, regional distributors, and brand agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Design wholesale service solutions (e.g., bulk pricing, product bundles, logistics support) based on client needs and market trends. Conduct business negotiations, secure contracts, and maintain key client relationships.
  • Track the entire sales order fulfillment process. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve issues related to shipping, customs clearance, returns, etc., enhancing customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.
3. End-to-End Procurement & Sales Process Control & Optimization(Note: Numbering in original appears inconsistent; adjusted for clarity)
  • Develop procurement and sales plans by integrating market demand and inventory data to balance purchase volume with sales targets, optimize inventory turnover, and reduce overstock risk.
  • Monitor total cost across the cross-border procurement and sales chain (procurement cost, international logistics, warehousing, customs clearance, etc.). Analyze gross margin contribution by channel and propose pricing adjustments and channel optimization strategies.
  • Ensure business compliance. Must be familiar with import policies, ingredient compliance standards, and customs clearance procedures of various countries to mitigate compliance risks.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making & System Implementation
  • Establish a data monitoring system for procurement and sales, tracking KPIs such as purchase volume, sales revenue, inventory turnover, and channel margin. Produce regular data analysis reports.
  • Drive the implementation of procurement/sales rules, billing standards, and channel data into ERP/WMS systems to achieve automated synchronization and visual management of order, inventory, and financial data.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above. Preference for majors in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cross-border beauty (skincare/makeup/fragrance) industry procurement & sales, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in global channel development (both procurement + sales). Experience working for a Hong Kong-based cross-border supply chain platform is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of beauty category products and industry dynamics. Familiar with channel policies of major global brands and the end-to-end cross-border process (procurement, customs clearance, warehousing, logistics, sales).
  • Possess high-quality global supplier or sales channel resources. Proficient in cross-cultural business negotiation. Fluent in English (spoken and written) as a working language.
  • Proficient in ERP/WMS system operations. Strong data analysis skills, cost control awareness, and risk anticipation capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel globally. Must demonstrate strong goal orientation, resilience under pressure, team spirit, and a high sense of responsibility.
