My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Global Customer Support Representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to customers via calls, emails and webchat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare quotation & process order submitted by customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints on sales related issues.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree holder or above.
  • 1 year of work experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Good at English and Chinese typing is preferred.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
