RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve FX, derivatives, and rates trading profit targets within authorized limits.

• Maintain full compliance with trading regulations and risk limits.

• Understand and interpret current market dynamics, handle enquiries, and provide pricing to front-line business units and branches.

• Provide competitive pricing and market information to other business units and branches for the execution of customer orders.
• 向其他業務單位和分支機構提供具競爭力的定價和市場信息，以執行客戶訂單。
• Provide market information and analysis to management for formulating strategic purposes.
• 向管理層提供市場信息和分析，以制定戰略。
• Provide coaching/guidance to junior staff.
• 為初級員工提供指導和輔導。
• Assist in developing and monitoring treasury operational policies.
• 協助開發和監督財 treasury運營政策。

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• 擁有經濟學、金融學、數學或相關學科的學位。
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the active FX market, options or IRS, CCS dealing.
• 至少有5年活躍外匯市場、期權或利率互換（IRS）、貨幣互換（CCS）交易經驗。
• Proven track record on P&L performance.
• 擁有良好的損益表現記錄。
• HKMA/SFC licenses for Type 1 & 4 regulated activities are required.
• 必須持有香港金融管理局（HKMA）和證券及期貨事務監察委員會（SFC）第1類及第4類的牌照。
• ECF-TM qualification preferred.
• ECF-TM資格者優先。
• Comprehensive understanding of financial market practices and principles.
• 對金融市場實踐和原則有全面的理解。
