Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end sea freight import/export operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
  • Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, and Mainland China suppliers to arrange LCL and FCL shipments, and to track and monitor shipping schedules.
  • Manage full sets of sea freight import and export documentation autonomously, covering Bills of Lading, manifests, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declaration procedures.
  • Ensure clear and proactive client communication, provide regular tracking updates, and effectively resolve any transport exceptions such as rolled cargo or schedule delays.
  • Review and verify carrier invoices, issue accurate client billing, and actively manage cost control to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with warehouses, trucking partners, and sales teams to streamline dispatch and delivery workflows.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above (Logistics, Supply Chain, or Trade related fields preferred).
  • 3–5 years of sea freight operations experience in a forwarding environment.
  • Solid knowledge of sea freight operational workflows, carrier networks, and standard shipping terms (Incoterms).
  • Proficient in freight systems (CargoSmart, EDI, or ERP) and MS Office.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Willing to work overtime when required. (Paid overtime counted under the unit of 30 mins)
