Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to customers on suitable insurance solutions while assisting them throughout the insurance sales process to meet their protection needs effectively.
• Support customer referrals by helping at promotional booths or making outbound calls to identify business opportunities.
• Assist in generating referral leads for the Macau Branch by understanding customers' additional wealth requirements or onboarding non-bank clients.
• Help manage customers' insurance portfolios to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Gather feedback from customers to assist in identifying areas for process improvement and product development.

Requirements

• University Degree Holder.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
