Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure efficient financial operations.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes to optimize financial resources.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Supervise a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and drive business growth.
Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Solid understanding of risk management and internal controls.
Experience in team management and development.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
