• 1-2 years of total experience in finance companies, preferably multinationals
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing finance workflows and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Dashboard Development: Build intuitive, data-driven dashboards to support financial reporting and performance tracking.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, validate findings, and present actionable insights.
• Presentation & Reporting: Summarize key findings and recommendations in a structured format for leadership review.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Finance, Strategy, or a related field; or have less than 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a finance-related field.
• 1+ years of total experience in reputed companies, preferably multinationals

Desired Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights to solve real world problems.
• Proficiency with latest Tech/Automation Tools in finance, dashboard building and analytical tools.
• Ownership mindset, self-starter and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
