Responsibilities:

• Promote and maintain the company’s ordering and procurement platform to local F&B (food and beverage) merchants, helping them use the platform for ingredient purchases.
• Independently achieve sales performance targets.
• Analyze customer data to identify needs, resolve issues customers encounter during ordering, receiving, returning, and payment processes, and optimize the customer experience.
• Assist merchants in adopting offline self-ordering and follow up on payment collection progress.

Requirements:

• Focused on long-term career development, strong ability to learn, hardworking.
• Familiarity with the local life services industry or the ability to learn quickly.
• Hardworking and resilient with strong execution; candidates with relevant hands-on experience, entrepreneurial experience, or familiarity with supply chains are preferred.
• Energetic, ambitious, and able to complete tasks under pressure.
