Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for APEC & international(US,Europe) markets, achieving revenue targets through distributor management and B2B partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities in on-trade/off-trade channels (Distributors, Retailers, Restaurant, E-Commerce), leveraging Hong Kong's free trade status for exports.
  • Build relationships with global clients, adapting to diverse cultural nuances while promoting the brand's innovative heritage.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and report to headquarters with cross-cultural insights.
  • Lead a team to expand brand presence, focusing on sustainable growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing
  • 5-10 years in FMCG / Consumer Goods Sales, with proven international track record.
  • Fluent in English (native preferred), Mandarin; excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Cultural adaptability to bridge Eastern traditions with Western markets.

任職要求:

  • 快速消費品/消費品銷售經驗5-10年,擁有良好的國際業績記錄。
  • 流利的普通話;英語,優秀的人際交往和談判技巧。
  • 具備良好的文化適應能力,能夠將東方傳統與西方市場完美結合。
