Responsibilities:
    • VIP Hospitality: Deliver premium corporate reception and business hospitality for the Director, VIP clients, and global business partners.
    • Executive Support: Manage the Director’s daily schedule, coordinate high-level meetings, and handle comprehensive travel logistics and hotel bookings.
    • Workplace Management: Oversee daily office operations, procurement, vendor contracts, and coordinate workplace renovation/maintenance projects.
    • Corporate Relations: Act as a professional liaison with local, Mainland China, and international organisations.
    • Events & Projects: Support the planning and execution of internal corporate events and key admin projects.

 

Requirements:
    • Presentable with a professional corporate appearance, excellent business etiquette, and a welcoming personality is highly essential.
    • Native Mandarin speaker, with fluency in spoken Cantonese and English.
    • University graduate. Candidates from Aviation (e.g. Flight Attendant / Cabin Crew), Luxury Hospitality (5-star hotels), Premium Front-desk, or Public Relations backgrounds are HIGHLY WELCOME.
    • Welcome IANG visa applicants.
    • Minimum 2 years of corporate administration, secretarial, or premium client service experience. (Fresh graduates with exceptional grooming and internship experience in hospitality/aviation are also welcome).
    • Detail-minded, well-organized, independent, and highly responsible.
