Responsibilities:
- Meet profit targets for FX, derivatives, and rates trading using the e-trading platform.
- Adjust parameters and implement strategies on the e-trading platform.
- Fix system performance issues and suggest improvements for electronic trading.
- Monitor risks and ensure exposure stays within set limits.
- Provide competitive pricing and liquidity to customers on e-trading platforms.
- Share market insights and analysis with management for strategic planning.
- Coach and guide junior staff.
- Help develop and monitor treasury operational policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the FX market and e-trading platforms.
- Proven record of P&L performance.
- HKMA/SFC licenses for Type 1 & 4 activities required.
- ECF-TM qualification preferred.
- Good understanding of financial market practices.
- Strong communication skills for teamwork.
- Strong risk management awareness.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the PRC financial market is a plus.
