Role’s Responsibilities:

  • Perform strategic planning, implementation and development of various business projects for Hong Kong and PRC
  • Develop and implement in business development strategies to expand the company's presence in China.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns tailored to the Chinese market.
  • Handle key accounts and responsible for business development
  • Evaluate and analyse potential opportunities and threats in the industry to ensure business steady survival and growth
  • Be self-driven and drive the sales team to achieve KPI and sales target and meet customers satisfactory.
  • Work closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment on commercial strategies and initiatives
  • Ownership of sales target for new business as well as customer retention
  • Lead the sales team of around 4-6 staff
  • Fast response to the customer need, keep updated market intelligence and alert of market trends and change
  • Report regularly the sales performance to the management
  • Monitor key performance standards across the department and formulate improvement plan to ensure customers’ satisfaction
  • Provide guidance, motivation and coaching to the teams, be responsible also for staff career development
  • Perform ad-hoc projects or related tasks / duties as assigned
  • Business travel is required
  • Hybrid work mode (HK/Guangdong Area/PRC)

 

Requirements:

  • PRC Citizens, preferably in Guangdong Area
  • Bachelor degree in a Business Administration, Project Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 8 years working experiences in ecommerce logistics, multiple geographies preferred
  • Strong leadership and management skills, and strong business acumen
  • Result-orientated, self-motivated and multi-tasking in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skill and a creative problem-solving mindset
  • Willing to share knowledge and market information
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
