Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy, including brand promotion, market positioning, and marketing channel strategy, to ensure that the company can achieve market share and proposed sales targets
  • Develop the company's brand strategy, including brand positioning, target markets, and brand communication strategies. Ensure that brand strategy is consistent with the overall company strategy;
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies to promote the brand and enhance brand visibility and reputation, including media relations management, press releases, public speaking, and social media management
  • Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and returns of marketing activities, providing regular advice to senior management on market trends and business growth direction through data analysis and reporting
  • Manage the sales process and ensure the achievement of sales targets; monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including dealers and social media 
  • Monitor market trends, and competitor activities and conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities
  • Oversee a team of sales and marketing professionals, provide guidance, set performance targets, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure the team's overall effectiveness and productivity

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Commerce, and Hospitality or related disciplines 
  • Over 10 years of experience in marketing and communications experience with at least 5 years at the managerial level in the hospitality industry
  • Extensive work experience in brand management in the fields of the food supply chain, catering retail, environmental protection technology, etc., and be able to formulate corresponding brand management strategies based on industry characteristics;
  • Highly motivated, detail-minded, and result-driven with multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent coordination, communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, comfortable operating with strategic direction and autonomy to deliver results. 
  • Detail-oriented, enjoy embracing new challenges and finding creative solutions 
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred, spoken and written
