• Conduct market research and engage in idea generation for the team, including participation in client pitches.
• Prepare, review, and independently follow up on transaction documentation and issues, reporting progress to supervisors as needed.
• Perform internal approval processes, due diligence, and prepare submissions for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clients and liaise with external professionals and regulators when necessary.
• Execute corporate finance transactions such as IPOs, M&A, pre-IPO investments, financial advisory, and other fundraising activities.
• Engage in financial modeling and prepare valuation presentations.
• Undertake additional job duties as assigned.

• A university degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in corporate finance.
• A strong track record of executing ECM, M&A, and debt transactions with a good understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive team player with a stable work approach.
• Proficiency in spoken Mandarin and English is required; fluency in Cantonese is preferred.
