Job Overview:

1. Based on current international fashion trends and aligning with European and American client needs, complete product design, development, and implementation work, including preliminary market research, design trend analysis, concept creation, visual expression, and a complete planning scheme.
2. Develop multiple design and development combinations based on design analysis, design strategy, and design positioning to provide diversified and innovative design solutions that meet the needs of American clients.
3. Create high-quality design sketches, visual renderings, and frames, collaborating with and tracking artisans to produce new product samples that meet customer requirements.
4. Conduct regular analysis, summary, and archiving of design materials, work processes, and delivery results at each stage of design and development.
5. Improve work methods and processes to further enhance efficiency and design quality.

Qualifications:

1. Over five years of design experience in internationally renowned seamless knit underwear products.
2. Relevant design background in the European and American markets / seamless underwear designers from the USA, Japan, or South Korea.
3. Familiarity with various yarn materials, organizational structures, and dyeing and weaving process characteristics.
4. Strong pattern design capabilities and exceptionally high fashion aesthetic abilities.
