Job Descriptions
- Perform due diligence reviews on claim requests related to defaulted commercial or SME loans under various loan guarantee programs.
- Oversee the quality of special assets management and debt recovery efforts, including pursuing legal remedies against defaulted borrowers and personal guarantors.
- Independently coordinate and facilitate debt workouts, and evaluate debt workout or repayment proposals for timely and efficient completion.
- Offer supervisory support for team operations, develop, review, and refine work procedures and guidelines, and enhance team capabilities to improve the quality, efficiency, and precision of operations by leveraging technology as needed.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and support the administration of various loan guarantee schemes.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience is required for the Deputy Manager position, while candidates with 3 years’ experience will be considered for Assistant Manager, both in debt collections for commercial or SME lending or corporate restructuring/insolvency at an international accounting firm.
- Possess strong analytical and leadership skills, with a self-motivated and positive work attitude. Detail-oriented, organized, and effective in teamwork, complemented by excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, particularly in Excel, with the ability to navigate the software, apply advanced formulas, perform data analysis, create and manipulate pivot tables, and utilize conditional formatting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
