• DCM related transactions
• Pass in LE 1, 7, 8 or equivalent is a must
• Convertible bonds and government bonds

Responsibilities

• Lead origination, structuring, and execution of DCM related transactions

• Develop and maintain strong relationship with existing and new or potential clients

• Lead and educate junior team members on execution activities

• Maintain relationship with both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

-Bachelor Degree or above, preferably with major in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines

-At least 3 years of working experience in DCM

-Pass in LE 1, 7, 8 or equivalent is a must

-Strong experience within Debt Capital Markets especially within convertible bonds and government bonds

-Solid education background attained from related disciplines

-Knowledge and experience within DCM transactions 

-Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
