Responsibilities
  • Order Execution: Efficiently manage OTC product orders, including structured products, bonds, and options.
  • Trade Oversight: Ensure trades are executed accurately and promptly, upholding high service standards.
  • Client Communication: Address client queries related to trades and orders, providing clear and supportive responses.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams and external partners to successfully manage projects and ensure seamless operations.
  • IT Involvement: Partner with the IT department to manage and implement projects, utilizing technology to enhance results.

 

Requirements
  • Professional Licensing: Preference for candidates holding SFC RA1 and RA2 licenses or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in structured products, bonds, and options.
  • Technical Abilities: Familiarity with VBA, Python, and project management is a plus.
  • Team-Oriented: A collaborative team player eager to learn and support team success.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin for effective client and colleague communication.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communicator, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure.
  • Adaptability: Available to work shifts and on public holidays when needed.
