Job Description

• Application Support: Collaborate with the dealing team to provide support for FX, Bullion, and trading platforms.
• Order Management: Execute and oversee trading orders while monitoring associated risks.
• Client Assistance: Address inquiries and resolve issues from both the help desk and customers.
• Report Preparation: Create and analyze trade-related reports.
• Coordination with Back Office: Assist in trading logistics and provide necessary support.
• Market Research: Collect relevant information and news concerning trading activities.
• Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Experience: Preferred 2 years of relevant experience, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with FX/Bullion markets, financial investments, and risk management principles.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of MT4/MT5 trading platforms.
• Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Language Skills: Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Availability: Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including round-the-clock shifts.
• Personal Attributes: Must be detail-oriented, pleasant, and capable of working under pressure.
