Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of cybersecurity projects, including implementation of security tools (e.g., SIEM, IAM, endpoint protection, threat intelligence platforms), vulnerability management programs, incident response enhancements, and network security upgrades.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders from IT, network operations, compliance, and business units.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and mitigation strategies to address cyber threats specific to telecom environments (e.g., core network security, 5G slicing, IoT security, roaming security).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal security engineers, external vendors/partners, and third-party auditors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate critical items and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Requirements

Qualifications & Certifications (Mandatory):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification required.
  • CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification required.
  • Additional relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CRISC, CCSP, or telecom-specific security certs) highly preferred.
