Responsibilities

- Perform general teller duties over counter, e.g. receiving and paying cash/check, handling remittance and opening accounts etc.
- Cross-sell retail bank products and handle general inquiries
- Refer customers whenever opportunities arise

Requirements

• Secondary education or attain the HKDSE with at least 2 years' counter services experience
• Excellent customer servicing skills
• Enthusiastic in promoting and cross-selling banking products
• Willing to participate in offsite promotion activities
• Good command of both Chinese and English
• Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Customer Services Officer (Senior Teller).
