Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Business, Finance or related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in customer service environment with complaint management exposure.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience at supervisory level in insurance/finance/banking industry.
  • Good leadership skill with experience in people managing.
  • Positive and pro-active with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of oral/ written Mandarin, Cantonese and English, knowledge in Portuguese will be an advantage.
