Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the customer service team based in Zhuhai, offering hands‑on direction in daily operations to improve service standards, productivity, and overall customer experience.
- Design, refine, and execute customer service procedures to ensure smooth, professional service delivery aligned with industry best practices, while supporting revenue growth and business objectives.
- Manage customer communications including enquiries, bookings, complaints, and special cases, delivering timely solutions and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with premium clients.
- Monitor, evaluate, and interpret customer feedback and service performance data to drive ongoing enhancements to service quality, products, and internal processes.
- Support the day‑to‑day management of the Zhuhai office by working closely with internal teams (such as operations, frontline staff, and marketing) to ensure effective coordination and seamless service delivery.
- Provide customer service support for the Zhuhai market and collaborate with teams handling Hong Kong and Macau operations as part of the company’s regional growth strategy.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve service excellence and commercial targets.
- Strong knowledge of customer service operations, with at least 3–5 years of experience in supervising or managing teams; background in beauty, cosmetics, or other high‑end service sectors is an advantage.
- Customer‑focused and solutions‑driven, capable of handling escalated cases and resolving complex or sensitive client issues independently.
- Data‑driven mindset, able to analyze service metrics and customer insights to implement improvements and support sales performance.
- Preference for Hong Kong residents currently based in Zhuhai; fluent in Cantonese, with basic Mandarin and functional English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a strong sense of professionalism and service culture; experience managing offices in Zhuhai or cross‑border operations is a plus.
