Responsible for store management, including daily checks and maintenance of product displays, floral arrangements, wall art, lighting, and window displays.
Manage employee standards, including training and daily oversight of staff appearance to ensure compliance with brand image standards.
Assist with daily customer reception and sales activities in the store.
Handle customer complaints in the store.
Supervise the implementation of customer service standards and processes; assist the customer service department in addressing store service issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree holder
6+ years of work experience in an airline's cabin crew
Outgoing personality, friendly
Strong service awareness and approachability, with excellent communication and coordination skills
Work Location: Central, Hong Kong
5 day work, 9 hours shift
