Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for store management, including daily checks and maintenance of product displays, floral arrangements, wall art, lighting, and window displays.
  • Manage employee standards, including training and daily oversight of staff appearance to ensure compliance with brand image standards.
  • Assist with daily customer reception and sales activities in the store.
  • Handle customer complaints in the store.
  • Supervise the implementation of customer service standards and processes; assist the customer service department in addressing store service issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree holder 
  • 6+ years of work experience in an airline's cabin crew
  • Outgoing personality, friendly
  • Strong service awareness and approachability, with excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Work Location: Central, Hong Kong 
  • 5 day work, 9 hours shift
