Job Duties: 

  • Campaign Execution: Run direct marketing campaigns via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and WeChat.
  • Loyalty Program: Manage daily VIP membership operations, points systems, and rewards.
  • Lifecycle Automation: Set up automated reminders for product refills and birthday perks.
  • Customer Segmentation: Group customers by health needs and past purchase habits.
  • Performance Tracking: Report on open rates, click rates, sales conversions, and customer churn.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree in related field. 
  • 2-3 years in CRM, loyalty marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Background in healthcare, supplements, beauty, or retail is a plus.
  • Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and MS Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of local health advertisement regulations in Hong Kong.
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and English.
