Job Duties:
- Campaign Execution: Run direct marketing campaigns via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and WeChat.
- Loyalty Program: Manage daily VIP membership operations, points systems, and rewards.
- Lifecycle Automation: Set up automated reminders for product refills and birthday perks.
- Customer Segmentation: Group customers by health needs and past purchase habits.
- Performance Tracking: Report on open rates, click rates, sales conversions, and customer churn.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in related field.
- 2-3 years in CRM, loyalty marketing, or e-commerce.
- Background in healthcare, supplements, beauty, or retail is a plus.
- Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of local health advertisement regulations in Hong Kong.
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and English.
