• Good knowledge in credit and financial analysis
  • Familiar with HKMA
  • CFA/FRM/PRM/ECF is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders and drive new policy formulation and monitor the implementation
  • Drive subsequent annual review of credit policies
  • Participate in other credit policy related initiatives as assigned
  • Participate in relevant new product / product change briefing (credit policy related) and provide commentaries from the credit policy perspective accordingly
  • As regulatory liaison, assist to manage the information / credit files request and queries from regulatory bodies, internal/ external auditor or etc, both onsite and offsite examinations
  • Implement HKMA’s guidelines in a timely manner according to HKMA’s expectation by liaising with relevant stakeholders
  • Perform gap analysis against the latest HKMA’s circulars or Supervisory Policy Manuals with respect to the area of credit risk management
  • Facilitate Team Head to compose regular updates to senior management
  • Carry out other special instructions or tasks as assigned by the Team Head

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferable in business, finance, accounting or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Qualification in CFA/FRM/PRM/ECF is preferred
  • Good knowledge in credit and financial analysis techniques (corporate and bank/FI)
  • Familiar with credit related compliance guidelines and regulations
  • Strong self-motivation with good business sense, risk management and interpersonal skills
  • Good report writing, policy and procedure formulation skills as well as system development knowledge
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
